Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases of defective products, size issues (where the product does not match the measurements in the size chart), or print-related issues within 5 days of delivery.
For such cases, we kindly request that you reach out to us with an unboxing video of the package along with clear images of the product received. This will help us review the issue with our team and assist you accordingly.
Products returned due to size exchanges or for any other reasons are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
